Easy and Healthy Oatmeal Banana pancakes - Get inspired for tomorrow’s breakfast!
Pancakes are a popular choice for weekend breakfasts at home.
So I would love to share a simple recipe that makes fluffy pancakes served with fruits using no flour- the perfect healthier alternative to your classic pancakes. It only takes minutes to make it!
- 1 Egg
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1 cup of grounded Oatmeal
- a pinch of Salt
- Cacao nibs (optional)
- Fruits as toppings
- Maple syrup as topping
- Coconut oil for fry pan
Ground the oats on a food processor or blender, then mash the ripe bananas and mix all with the egg, cacao nibs and a pinch of salt until smooth and thick.
Cook spoonfuls of the batter in a non-stick frying pan - using the coconut oil, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
