What should I know before I order my product?                                                                                                    ﹀

-Please double check the email address you've provided to us.

-Please note that if there is an error with the address you have provided to us, an additional shipping cost will be charged separately.

-If the delivery address and the name of the resident are different, the delivery might not be completed. Please be sure to enter the name of the person who lives in that address.

-Once your order is confirmed, it can not be cancelled.


How do I check my order status?

After your order is completed you will receive a confirmation via email.


What happens if I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email: the email address you registered may be incorrect or was redirected to your junk mail. 


What may be the reasons why I don't see a confirmation email in my inbox?

-If you did not receive the confirmation email please check your junk/spam email before contacting us.

-If you have set the domain specified reception, you may not be able to receive it. Please set the domain permission.

-If you have set a filter for junk mail, you may not be able to receive it.

-If you have any questions about various setting methods, please contact the support center of the device you're using.


How long will it take for me to get my order?                                                                                                            

As the bands are sent by smart letter, the standard delivery time for Japan is 7 to 10 days. Customers living in Hokkaido and Okinawa should expect a delivery period of 14 days


Is there a tracking number for my order?

No, we do not use any tracking number. Please check your mailbox for delivery.


Why haven't I received my order yet?

If the delivery address provided to our store at the check out, and the name of the resident are different, your order may not be delivered. *Please be sure to enter the name of the person who lives in the address you are sending the product to.


Can I return my product? 

We will not accept returns unless the item is defective. Guarantee: period for it's 30 days, including the day of arrival of the product. Please visit our Return policy page for further information:

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, cancelation is not possible. If you have any problem, contact us immediately for assistance.


How is the price displayed?

The selling price will display the amount charged for the product in Japanese Yen + consumption taxes. There may be additional shipping rate charges. Please check the Shipping policy page for further information:

How can I make a payment?

Payment options are 

Credit card, Convenience store payment, Next month deferred payment, PayPal, Bank transfer and Rakuten Pay


Can I change the payment method after the order was confirmed?

Once the order is confirmed, changing the payment method is not possible.


How long will the delivery  take?

Can I choose the time I will receive my products?

At the moment choosing a delivery time service is not available. The Bands will be sent by smart letter to your mailbox. Signature is not required.

Do shipping and prices change during Sale time?

Regarding the sale items, please note the following precautions before purchasing:

-During the sale period, shipping may be congested and delivery may take longer than usual. Please note that we will ship the products as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

-Inventory is not secured at the time of adding products to the shopping cart. Secured at the time of order completion.

-Orders may be concentrated and shortages may occur due to simultaneous orders.

-Product prices may change without notice. After confirming your order, we will not be able to offer discounts on products.


Can I change my shipping address or other information after my order is fulfilled?

We cannot change order information such as delivery address after ordering.


Do you ship overseas?

We only ship within Japan. No international shipping at the moment.

It's an email delivery service that will keep you updated with the latest ER information, such as, new arrivals and special sales.

Why is the color of my ER's bands different than the ones displayed on the website?

The color may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting and difference in monitor devices. Please be aware of this before purchasing.


Can I use the ER's resistance bands set, if I'm allergic to rubber?

Our resistance bands are made with rubber. So If you are allergic to rubber, check with your doctor before use.


How do I take care of my ER's resistance bands set?

-Do not heat this product or place it near fire.

-Please do not use it for anything other than training.

-If used incorrectly, the product's protective functions may be impaired. Always use it in a safe manner. *We are not responsible for any damages caused while using this product.
