During the stay home period, we had live classes everyday. As things got back to normal, our busy schedules took over our time. Now, back to work, most of us don't have the time or motivation to keep an everyday workout routine.
That is very understandable, but I truly believe that a daily dose of workout can change your life and health in many different ways.
That is why I created this program.
For one month, I would like to share with you my habits and tricks to stay positive, in shape and healthy.
We will have one live class per week, when I will teach you all the exercises that you will repeat throughout your week while watching a follow along video that will be sent to you as well.
Each video contains 15/20 minutes only, which will make it easier for you to do it everyday.
Also, as a team, we will do accountability support to keep you inspired and motivated.
We will also have 3 live Q&A talks, where you will be able to ask me all the questions and clarify any doubts.
And last but not least, once a week you will receive a program that will guide you on exactly what to do for the next 5 days.
My personal goal is to get closer to my beloved #GambaruTEAM, for us to get to know each other better, as well as for us to support each other.
