A few years ago I understood the importance of moving my body and of training my muscles. 

Working out became more of a mental challenge than physical. The more I understood how the mind and body are connected the more I enjoyed it, the more my body and mind transformed the more my life changed. Thanks to that, today I know that no dream is too big or too hard to be achieved. 

In my class, I would love to share with you the steps that took for my mental and physical transformation, how I learned how to take care and love my body, how I was able to shift my mindset through exercising and on my classes I would love to share with you some of my favorite home workouts with and without resistance bands.
