What is your morning routine?
Our mornings can set the tone for our entire day. Here's a little of what my morning ritual looks like - it's particularly crafted to maximize my energy, productivity, and creativity all day long!
1- Meditate as soon as I wake up.
2- My must have morning drink: Hot water, lemon, turmeric and ginger.
3- Workout or Stretch depending on how long time I have.
4- After shower and before my skin care routine I dip my face on a bowl of water and ice. So far this is the best and most affordable technic I found to get rid of that morning puffiness.
5- I fill up my flasks with water, coffee and my morning smoothie and I’m set to start my working day.
