Secret benefits of Turmeric

I have used turmeric as a natural medicine for a while now. In Japan is called UKON and is normally used to help with hangovers.

Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory properties and powerful antioxidant effects. It improves liver function, helps with diabetes and protect your body against free radicals. •

Here is how I take it every morning to boost my metabolism:

The Ingredients ⬇️

>1 tablespoon turmeric powder

> 4 slices fresh ginger root or 1 tablespoon of ginger powder

>1 lemon (juice)

>100ml of water 

Soothing bed time- A warm, vegan turmeric latte that will help you sleep better, that’s anti-inflammatory and offers other health benefits too, such as better digestion, muscle relaxation and calming properties and if don’t like the taste of turmeric, this is a great alternative.

The ingredients ⬇️

>1 cup milk of choice such as almond, soy, coconut.

>1 tsp  turmeric

>½ tsp cinnamon >pinch of ground black pepper

>¼ tsp ginger powder

>pinch of cayenne pepper - optional

>1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup or to make it
