After a few weeks of sun, sand, drinks and yummy foods, it can be difficult to put all those good times behind you and resume your workouts. It happens to the best of us, but the longer you take to get back on track, the harder it will be. Start by making a plan for the week workout. This will help you keep your focus, but remember to schedule a day to rest, which is very important in order to make progress. In this case, Emi Renata suggests short workouts. The goal here is to be active, but don’t go too hard in yourself. Remember your goal and why you started. I find it to be very motivating in order to keep moving forward.  Sometimes it's easier to get back into your groove if you have a workout plan to follow. Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered ;)
