Today I want to share with you another special ritual that I’ve integrated to my self-quarantine : essential oil therapy! A holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being.
It’s a great tool for relieving our stress and anxieties. You can rub the essential oil (of your preference) on your skin during morning strengths, meditation or even use it with a difuser to passively fill your home with scent while you go on with your daily activities, calming yourself body and mind in the process.
My favorite scent is lavender. What is yours ??
